The 1951 Buick was the first year a "hardtop" convertible look was featured. The sexy styling of this car caught the eye of many customizers,it was not as poular as the '49-'51 Merc copies were for restyling,but it was a close contender, with a 152 hp straight eight engine,it was a quick car at the time.This one was 'dechromed',nosed and decked and lowered 3".
