1966 Pontiac GTO
1966 was the first year Pontiac made the GTO an individual model,no longer would it be an option on a lesser vehicle. As result Pontiac sold over 96,000 units,an all time high for any muscle car of that time.A 389 cu.in. engine with a three carb set up and a 4 speed transmission was a common choice .This was a true muscle car of the day.
